About Pulver Mental Health

Rooted in purpose. Dedicated to strengthening families and individuals.

Clayton Pulver, DNP, PMHNP

Clayton Pulver is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Gonzaga University in 2022. With deep roots in the Inland Northwest community, Clayton founded Pulver Mental Health to serve children, teens, adults, and elders — because he believes every generation deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care.

“I have always viewed the patient-provider relationship as a sacred partnership,” says Clayton. “My goal is to earn my patients’ trust and walk alongside them — and their families — on the path toward healing and wholeness. I believe that when we honor the values, faith, and personal agency each person brings, we lay the strongest foundation for lasting growth.”

Our Philosophy

At Pulver Mental Health, we see mental wellness as one of the most important investments a person can make — in themselves, in their family, and in their future. We believe that every individual has inherent worth and the capacity for growth. Our role is to serve as a trusted guide, respecting your values, honoring your faith journey, and helping you build the self-reliance and resilience that lead to a life of purpose and fulfillment.

We are committed to the kind of care that yields lasting returns — not quick fixes, but sustainable strategies that strengthen you from the inside out. Whether you are a parent seeking help for your child, a professional navigating stress, or an elder looking to maintain quality of life, we partner with you to steward your mental health with the same care and intention you bring to every other area of your life.
